The season of winter is upon us and besides the cold weather rolling in, it also brings an end to golf season. For Ben Landers the OCAA men’s gold medalist this year, it is the end of his sports season. Talking with Landers about what he does in the offseason to stay on top of his game Landers mentions.
Landers also mentions that a good diet and workout routine prepare him for next season. Landers talks about the sim training but he talked about not getting caught up in the numbers which Landers mentioned twice. The technology has come so far over the years for golfers to still be able to play throughout the winter months.
Golf is a game that is difficult and in Canada we only have a limited amount of time each year to play so as Canadians make the most of each tee time. With all city owned courses now closed it is time to work on mechanics over the winter to show your friends next spring who is better.
