A London man is facing charges due to a hit-and-run investigation.
London police said the hit-and-run happened around 9:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Sarnia Road and Wonderland Road North.
The collision resulted in two women receiving minor injuries.
After speaking with several witnesses, the 36 year-old suspect was located and charged with the following:
- Fail to remain at scene of accident; and
Fail to yield to pedestrian in roadway.
Police say that there is no evidence to suggest that the act was hate-motivated.
The investigation is still ongoing.
