Ridout Street South is temporarily closed between Bruce Street and Elmwood Avenue East until Sept. 10 to allow for private construction at 96 Ridout St. S.
Grand Avenue will also be closed between Wellington Road and High Street starting Monday, Sept. 8, until October as part of the city’s Clark Bridge widening project.
Wellington Road at Grand Avenue will remain open to north- and southbound traffic, although lane restrictions will remain in place.
The city advises drivers to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, use alternate routes, and drive cautiously, especially near schools and construction zones.
