A hotel in downtown London is now entering the rental market with rooms being made into apartments.
The Doubletree by Hilton lies on King Street, and has revealed its 124 new apartments in its more than 300-room hotel. The remaining 176 hotel rooms will stand as is.
The previous hotel rooms were underused, with too many for the size of London’s market.
Long-term leases will go for $1,300 to $1,500 a month in studio and one-bedroom apartments.
Access to a pool and gym are included in the lease, as well as Wi-Fi and cable. All units come fully furnished and are ready for move-in.
Further details on the units, booking information, and photo galleries can be found at: www.latitudelivinglondon.ca.
A 448-unit tower is being built next to the hotel as well where a parking structure used to be.
