London’s Old South Village could set a new record for the most expensive condo ever sold in London; they are asking for $2.6 million dollars.
The nearly 3000 square foot property contains 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full garage and an in-ground pool. It also has new renovated finishes all over the building.
People around London have questioned the price of the building, however Peter Jones and Brian Baillargeon, who have lived in this building for the past 8 years have stated that it’s worth every penny. “Thank heavens we’re not building this building today, because I don’t know how anybody could afford to build it, we went above and beyond with all the details and finishes of the building. We are proud and very fond of it,” said Jones.
Realtor Shahin Tabeshfard, who is the person selling this property, says if this building is sold for the asking price, it will be the most expensive condo ever sold in London.
