According to London police a high-risk offender has been released from custody and will be living in the London area.
Johannes Wilhelmus Laning, 48, has been released after serving a custodial sentence for two counts of breach of probation and two counts of criminal harassment. Laning has a history of criminal harassment, stalking, and sexual-related offences targeting children.

He is described as a white male, approximately 180 lbs, 5’9″ with brown hair and brown eyes.
Laning is actively serving a two-year probation term.
Laning has been instructed not to communicate or be in the company of females under the age of 16. He also cannot attend any swimming area or public park where people under the age of 16 years are present or could be in the area.
Anyone who is aware of potential violations to his conditions are asked to contact London Police, and to not approach Laning.
