After the shooting of a 15-year-old boy Nooran Rezayi in South Shore Quebec, protesters are requesting footage of the scene.
There are protesters outside of the Longueuil, Quebec police station.
Zara Adel said she was in disbelief when she found the devastating news. Adel says “I came here to pay respects to the family.” She also says that the officer who pulled the trigger should be put in jail.
The local police force stated that the officer in the incident has been put on indefinite sick leave. And during the protest the police officers were placed in riot gear to help deal with the chaos.
