London police are currently investigating following a fatal collision on Wonderland Road.
London police have now laid weapons-related assault charges in relation to the shooting that happened early Monday morning on Florence Street.
When the police arrived at the scene the suspect was found in the same area as the loaded weapon.
Craig Bradley Chapman, 39 has been charged with;
- Possess loaded restricted firearm without a licence;
- Possess restricted firearm without a licence;
- Possess firearm with serial number removed;
- Assault a peace officer;
- Assault with intent to resist arrest;
- Possession of a Schedule I substance; and
- Carry concealed firearm.

Chapman was in court yesterday and is still in police custody. His next court appearance is this Thursday.
The incident is still being looked into by investigators.
