Due to Eastern holidays there will be some locations closed and special events in the city.
What’s closed
- LTC will be operating with a special schedule. LTC schedules
- Grocery stores like Superstore, Loblaws, Food basics will be close Friday and sunday. Monday with holiday hours.
- LCBOS and Beer stores, Closed friday open monday with different hours
- Malls will be closed Friday and sunday. Open monday
- Schools, Provincial government ,and municipal buildings will be closed until tuesday.
- Banks won’t be open till monday. Some banks will open with special hours
Fanshawe College and Western University will be close on Good Friday. Monday school schedules will go back to normal.
Catholic Celebrations
Catholic churches will be hosting representation of the stations of the cross, on Friday. For Holy Saturday, Easter vigil in the morning. Sunday’s mass will be taking place on 3 different hours, 7:30-9:00-11:00.
Events
Different Easter egg hunts and events will also be taking place, all over the city:
- The annual egg hunt for Dog at Plunkett State
- East Park, will host an egg hunt and different events on Monday
- The London Children’s Museum will be open on Sunday and Monday.
