The Importance of Breast Health is often overlooked. There are many things most women don’t even know can harm their breasts.
Bras are actually incredibly harmful for boobs. The metal under wire of certain bras not only restricts the breast and makes it hard for the skin to breathe but it’s also a beacon for radiation.
In 2018, Deb Fisher Was Diagnosed with Breast Cancer, which she believes was due to the fact that she kept her cell phone in her bra.
“I used to keep my cellphone on my breast in-between my bra and my skin. It was the same area that consumed half of my breast,” she explained.

With such a convenient place to put a phone, it’s a common area for people to keep theirs.
She also offered some advice to any girls who might have this habit,
“I see all the young girls still doing it all the time because what’s easier in the summer when you don’t have pockets? Put it in your bra. So please whoever’s still doing it stop, for your own health.”
London will be switching to 5G WIFI soon, which has raised concerns in the breast health area as it means more radiation in the air, so avoiding underwire bras is recommended.
Breast Health is not just about treatment, it’s also about prevention. Typically, breast health is only a concern for checkups or if you find a lump but there are ways to keep your breast healthy.
Patricia Kennedy is a certified thermography technician; she believes that women are not being taught enough about our bodies.
“A lot of women, we are not taught that we have control over our cells at all. It’s like, you were dealt a bad hand, you have breast cancer now or any other cancer. We’re not taught about things like epi-genetics, things like environmental toxins, radiation, even electro-magnetic radiation,” she shared.
Kennedy used to also be an RN, and was nicknamed the butts and boobs nurse.
“I did thermography and colon hydro therapy which cleanses the bowel, and I did that because women who are constipated are 4 times greater risk of breast dieses.”
She says the studies were done over 30 years ago proving this fact, but few women know about it.

One form of natural prevention is using essential oils.
Diane Hegerdy, a silver leader with Young Living Essential Oils, says that essential oils only take minutes to take effect.
“In 2 seconds it effects the brain, in 2 minutes it’s in the blood stream, and in 20 minutes it’s in every cell of the body. Some of the oils will open and detox cells, some will delete faulty memory, and some will mutate healthy cells in the body,” She explained.
“Some studies show that 1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer, but some of the oncologists are telling our patients that its actually turning into about 1 in 3 in Canada. So, the numbers are very high. We know that 90-95 per cent of cancers are actually environmental, it’s what we’re doing to ourselves. Things that were surrounding and living with and things that were putting on our bodies and ingesting are creating the cancers. Only about 5-10 per cent is heredity,” She added.
Regular messaging and self -checkups are also very important to maintain breast health. To properly check your own breasts breastcancer.org recommends you check breast in the mirror as well as feel for lumps while lying down and standing up.
