Sarina Haggarty is a local musician and Fanshawe Music Industry Arts graduate. She brings a soulful and uplifting emotion to her performances but has not performed for two years. Unfortunately, the Pandemic has ruined that opportunity for her just as it has for many other musicians. The lucky part for her fans is all this free time has given Sarina the chance to make new music. Through the past two years, Sarina has released countless songs as well as her latest release:
TAKE IT ALL BACK IS OFFICIALLY OUT and it’s all yours! Enjoy it as much as I do ❤️

After restrictions have loosened, Sarina has returned to the live stage, and she explains her recent experience at a bar in London.
“I played at a venue called Lou Dawgs in London. I finally got to perform new originals that I had written two years ago, which I never got to perform yet. So that stood out to me, and that people enjoyed it. They not only love the fact that it’s live music but just getting like fresh ears to listen to the music is great.”
Sarina also had an experience at another London venue recently she will not forget.
“I played Rum Runners about two weeks ago, and it feels like yesterday. It was so busy. I would say sold out. So it was a lot of people, it was loud. The crowd singing along was great. I’ve done a lot of covers recently, so everyone just singing along, it’s so nice.”
Although Sarina has had a great time performing again, she has noticed a slight concern.
“A weird thing is a lot of people are wearing masks, but then also a lot of people have it off. So yeah, like, maybe I should wear mine. But it’s just weird, you know, it’s 50/50. It’s like, are they normal or not? Nobody’s wearing them. So that’s been a weird thing to think about, and practicing and getting used to it.”
Sarina also, this past weekend, had the opportunity to perform as part of the CCMA’s weekend events.
“At the London Music Hall this past weekend, it was huge. It was a CCMA’s, so there were a lot of people every night and a lot of hugging and shaking hands. It was kinda crazy. It was packed, but there were no crazy lineups. It was also so nice to see my bandmates instead of doing online stuff. Also, just meeting people that I met online through songwriting.”
Sarina shared that fans should be glued to her social media pages as updates on future performances will be coming soon. But, for now, you can see her at her next big performance on December 5th at the Hyde Park Christmas Market.
