The London Symphonia played a brass quintet lunchtime live at the North of Covent Garden Market from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with Scott Harrison, Rob Stone, Kate Stone, Brent Adams, and Shawn Spicer. The London Community Recovery Network (LCRN) that the City Council started is a part of the reason this was able to happen.

London City Council discussed about the idea of the LCRN in the summer of 2020 and then later discussed in spring of 2021 with a plan of action. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations, institutions, businesses, and community groups have had a negative affect and loss the social aspect side within the city. The main goal from the LCRN is to recover London’s community and helping organizations and members with certain funding’s to grow the city roots of London.

Throughout 2020 and 2021 the Municipal Council approved around ten million dollars to help support the social and economic recovery measures. In March 2022, the council approved just less than four million dollars for multiple businesses in support of recovery. As of right now, the LCRN have named around two hundred and sixty initiatives that have already happened or going to through 2022 to help support London’s recovery.
