Police were called to Kathleen Street Friday following a welfare check call. There, at the end of the 400 block in Mildred Barons Park, they recovered the body of 39 year-old Matthew Harp.
Charges have been filed against two individuals. Broady Daniel Dax Salmon has been charged with second degree murder and Ashley A. Taylor has been charged with manslaughter. A cause of death has not been named but London Police told XFM an autopsy is taking place today. Officers are remaining on the scene as the investigation continues.

The deceased has been identified as Matthew Lindsay Harp, 39, of London.

Police also say both of the accused will appear in court today.
