A 43-year-old London man is facing new charges after police say he breached conditions of a court-imposed release order.
London police say Jamie Cain was arrested Thursday evening in connection with his release stemming from sexual assault charges announced earlier this month.
Cain, a teacher at Bonaventure Meadows Public School, was originally charged following a months-long investigation. Police allege he began emailing a girl in January, brought her to his home where she was sexually assaulted in April, and later touched her inappropriately at school in June.

Sexual interference with a person under the age of 16

Luring a person under 16 years of age by means of telecommunication.
Cain remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in a London courtroom today.
