A 28-year-old man has been charged after allegedly making inappropriate comments to three young girls, London police say.
Jakub Bindernagel of London is charged with one count of invitation to sexual touching under the age of 16.
Police say the alleged incident happened on Sunday, Sept. 14, and involved comments made about the suspect’s genitals.
With help from the public, officers with the London Police Service’s Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section located and arrested Bindernagel on Tuesday.
He remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in a London courtroom on Wednesday.
