The Building was bought by a development group, the plan is to turn it into a 12 complex apartment building.
The developmental group is pledging $2.8 million dollars towards the building.
“This building’s unique, we’re not creating another modern day box.” Said Adam Krawec, chief marketing officer with Cento Capital.
The project is expected to start in November for an 18 month renovation period. The complex will feature one and two bedroom apartments with no parking.
The space was Purchased for $800,000 and the renovations will cost around $2 million.
