Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with an alleged attempt to lure two children with toys.
London police say a woman was outside supervising two children on Empire Street on Wednesday, Sept. 17, when an unknown man approached and spoke with the kids for roughly 10 minutes before leaving the area.
The children later told their parents the man had invited them to accompany him in exchange for a toy. There were no reported injuries.
Police were contacted on Sept. 20 and launched an investigation.
As a result, 38-year-old Noel Paul of London was charged by warrant with one count of criminal harassment.
