Pillar Non-Profit has announced that they are receiving a grant from the province. In a media advisory released by the org, they say the money will go towards infrastructure improvements. The grant is funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
Pillar says it wants to focus on essential repairs to its downtown building. This includes the roof as well as heating and cooling.
MPP Terence Kernaghan will be at Innovation Works with Pillar to celebrate the investment. The CEO of the non-profit will also be attending.
The next day, Pillar is hosting “The Big Picture 2025.” The event will feature presentations from various organizations, followed by a panel discussion.
“This year’s theme will focus on community health, grounded in the understanding that belonging and inclusion are vital to individual and collective well-being, with particular attention to historically underserved communities in London and Middlesex,” says the event page. The event is free to attend for all and will be held at Innovation Works as well.
